Kikos are larger over all and will yield more meat at a younger age, but, not a pretty show goat. The breed was developed for meat production, weaning weights, parasite resistance, less maintenance, low birth weights and an ability to browse and grow with little supplemental Feed. Two organizations that have been helpful to me are; AKGA, American Kiko Goat Association, and ETGRA, East Texas Goat Raiser Association.
